WRCP - Work Readiness Coaching Programme
Course overview
The objective of this programme is to assist new trainee accountants with their integration into the world of work and more specifically, into your audit firm environment. We aim to enhance their confidence and productivity through equipping them with the right values and acumen from the beginning of their time with you.
In many cases, new trainee accountants are entering the work environment for the first time, and they seldom know what to expect, what is expected of them, and how to thrive under these expectations. This programme aims to change that by equipping them with the tools to help them manage their new world of work in the audit environment.
