PS 2 - Time and stress management
Course overview
Trainees often feel overwhelmed and stressed by the amount of work they must do that could lead to missing deadlines, or they just forget to do something important, and people must chase them to get work done.
This workshop gives trainees the tools on keeping a To-Do List, prioritizing tasks, planning the order in which to do tasks so that they know what needs immediate attention, and what they can leave until later. This also decrease their stress levels.
