PS 1 - Increasing productivity/focus in an age of distraction
Course overview
We live in an age of distraction. Many sociologists and anthropologists have called it, "The Curse of our Age". Distraction causes a loss of focus and poor performance. How we cope within this age of distraction is crucial in achieving sustainable success.

This workshop will assist Trainees in identifying the challenges of distraction and provide them with practical skills to keep developing and growing in this age of distraction.

What do we cover in this course?

  • Identifying the big distractions in our personal and professional lives.
  • Learning core skills to stay focused in times of high pressure.
  • Planning personal growth with a strategic template while mitigating the risks of distraction.
  • Developing healthy habits in managing the current reality of life
